ELEVATE
Where Frontline Leaders Access Their Best.
A three-day catalyst for frontline operational leaders in aviation, airports and hospitality premium service
Your leaders aren't broken. They're underleveraged.
Elevate closes the gap between who they are and who they're capable of becoming.
THE INNER GAME
How leaders see themselves
Leadership identity and self-belief
Confidence and certainty in any moment
Presence and composure when stakes are high
Empowering beliefs that replace old patterns
Most programmes develop skills. Elevate develops the whole leader.
THE OUTER GAME
How leaders show up and lead
Influence and trust without relying on authority
Connection and rapport that earns followership
Communication with clarity, conviction, and care
Standards upheld and teams held accountable
Three days. Each day builds the foundation for the next.
Day 1 - Lead Yourself
Who you are before you open your mouth
Uncertainty → Certainty
Before a leader can lead anyone else, they need to be someone worth following. Day 1 works on who the leader is: how to access an empowering, confident state in any moment, how to replace the limiting beliefs holding them back, and how to build a leadership identity they believe in.
Leaders leave Day 1 knowing who they are - and having made a decision about who they choose to be.
Day 2 - Lead with Influence
Why people follow you - or don’t
Authority → Influence
Day 2 is where the inner work becomes visible to others. Leaders learn to project presence through their verbal and nonverbal communication, build rapport and connect authentically with anyone, and communicate with clarity and conviction that moves people to act.
This is an influence in every direction - to the team, to peers, to their own managers. Not a technique. A way of showing up.
Day 3 - Lead the Standard
What holds when you’re not in the room
Drift → Reliability
Day 3 marks the transition from individual leadership to team leadership. Leaders define their standards, align their team on shared expectations, and build the conditions where the team holds the standard - not just the leader. Accountability becomes something the team owns.
When standards slip, the leader knows how to correct with care and directness - raising the bar without raising the temperature.
How it’s delivered
Format: Three days, in-person. Immersive, experiential, scenario-based.
Built around: Real operational situations from your environment — not case studies.
Group size: 12–20 frontline and middle management leaders.
Includes: Scenario application, leadership behaviour standards, and tools built from your real operational environment.
Designed for transfer: Leaders leave with a 30-day conditioning plan, a weekly self-check rhythm, and a manager observation lens so their direct manager knows what to look for, reinforce, and hold accountable back in the operation.
Making It Stick
Most programmes end when the room empties. Elevate is designed for what happens next. On Day 3, leaders build the architecture that holds the change:
• A daily leadership ritual that keeps identity and intention front of mind.
• A public commitment that peers hold each other to.
• A 30-day conditioning plan with weekly self-checks.
• A manager observation lens, so the leader’s direct manager knows exactly what to reinforce, recognise, and hold accountable.
Transfer doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because the system around the leader supports the shift, not just the leader’s willpower. That’s the difference between training that inspires and training that holds.
The shift is visible. Within 30 to 60 days.
These aren’t soft outcomes. They’re observable changes - the kind you can point to, measure, and defend to your own leadership.
Leaders who show up differently: More presence, confidence, and composure in the moments that matter
Stronger connection and followership: Leaders who move people through influence, not authority
Standards that hold: Consistent across shifts, locations, and teams
Fewer escalations: Issues resolved at source, not pushed upward
Aligned, engaged teams: Self-accountable, clear on expectations
Culture you can see: Not written on a wall. Visible in how your leaders show up
The kind of leadership your organisation can count on.
This is not for every organisation. It’s for the ones who are ready to stop investing in training that fades and start investing in leaders who change.
ELEVATE is built for the buyers who've already tried generic leadership training and want something that actually holds
Every engagement begins with a conversation.
No pitch. No pressure. A focused 30-minute conversation to understand your leadership priorities, determine fit, and be direct about what this work can and cannot do for your organisation.
